My budtender was wonderful and I would loke to thank him VERY much!!
I did however receive a call about the expiration date if my certification which could have been far more polite! A bit of customer service training may help to educate all calling customers to advise - According to our records your certificate may be expired, however if you have recently renewed please bring the information when you pickup. Versus - Wendie your certificate is expired, we need information for your order. Wording is KEY that needs to be stressed to those in customer facing/calling rolls!! This was a first so maybe it's a specific employee training issue, the rudeness continued when I entered and exited after I mentioned the call!! As well callers should ask if this is a good time, do you have a minute etc as I was at an appointment and didn't need that disruption or lacking empathy, courtesy call!! Politeness goes a VERY long way!!!
