When you push online ordering and state " all items online are in stock." on your voice recording that is what i expect. I do not expect to put in and order start heading that way then get a text canceling my order with no call or any customer service. Sad state of affairs how your dispensary is treating the medical community after we have held you down for years. Do better.

There's no reason to have outside waiting areas if you're goning leave people sit out there and not call them when it's their turn. There's also no reason to have a medical card or preorder from your location as you make people sit and wait with rec and walkins. There are way better dispensaries for medical card holders that give us the respect we deserve for holding these dispensaries down for years unfortunately this 1 isn't 1 anymore.

I dislike greatly how you put out that you give a 20% discount on edibles but fail to mention you prices are 25% higher then other dispensary's. IE 15 dollars for 100 mg gummies that are 10 dollars elsewhere. 20 dollars for 150 mg red hot cinnamon from infusion 14 at other places. Edipure 250 belts you sell for 30 dollars other sell for 24 dollars. Really you are up charging and charging more for the same products even with you fake 20% discount.. bad business.

Can not beat the people or the deals..

when I found this dispensary I was elated! I love the people there selection seems to be great but now I'm 3 weeks in and they haven't had my meds in over a week with no information on when they will have them.. I feel like you're pretty much brushed off if they don't have what you require. I was told last week that they would be in this week and now this week I'm told now we don't know they don't tell us when they ship. As an MMJ user for pain chronic pain I kind of depend on a specific medication.

Love the people!! meds are AMAZING.
