Ordered online. Arrived when text said order was ready. Was told the online window is closed due to short staffed. That's fine. But I was put at the back of the line, behind REC folks, and everyone else. Went up to ask why. She had forgotten me entirely. Didn't say sorry or anything. Just blamed it on being short staffed. But the staff didn't forget. She did. No discount for waiting 30 minutes, no apology. Alot of the staff here seem like they have high egos and that they work at a place that's made of gold. Online seems pointless here. Products are pretty good. Service is going downhill really fast unfortunately. Get some nice people. And use the online the way it should be. I pay alot of money for my MED card. I expect to bypass the 15 REC people in the lobby when I order online.
