Tried this spot out for the first time today, won’t be returning. Customer service is horrible, every employee I came in contact with seemed miserable and unwilling to assist. As far as product goes, not much selection, and what they did have was about the same as every other dispensary in the area. They don’t honor the advertisements on their website. Also, be prepared to get charged a different amount when they show up at your door. Even when I showed my confirmation email with my total, I was simply told that I was wrong. No explanation, no proof, just nope. I said ok and paid but definitely won’t be returning. I’ll stick with MedMen in Lake Success, the environment is welcoming and warm, the staff as unbelievably kind and eager to help. They always have sales and I’ve never had an issue with being ripped off like here. Seems like this spot just wants your money.

This was my first time at a dispensary on Long Island and the whole experience was a breeze. I brought in my temp med card and certification letter from my doctor and was signed in to the waiting room by kind front desk staff. I was able to talk to a pharmacist after a short wait who was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. I left with a nice array of goodies to try and a 20% off first purchase discount. I was pleasantly surprised with all of them! Went back a week later and did a pick up order, that was a breeze as well, I was in and out in under 10 mins. Also there is a huge parking lot so no issues w parking! 10/10 recommend.
