Customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced in 36 years of living. I have ZERO clue how someone like Keith is a mangier. I was rung up wrong for my order and over charged $38. They have yet to allow me to speak to anyone who has any clue on how to help me and return my money. I keep being told Cali laws make it hard to refund your money. They requested that I drive a hour back to their store and spend that $38 they stole in their store with in store credit. I refused as it was a hour away and they wold not take my time into consideration. They acted as if their Bud Tender over charging me was my fault. Once I refused the in store credit I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding the issue as I was told I would 2 days ago. I have proof of the incident. As I sit here now typing this I am still without my money and yet to have heard back from anyone at BARC Collective regarding the money they stole!
