Dr. Fiore was great. Personable, easy to talk to, understanding and knowledgeable. The process is very easy once certified, which can be attributed to their tutorial videos on how to apply for everything. They make it a point to be available for any questions you may have either by phone or text. Couldn't recommend enough.
