The Novel Tree – Bremerton

I decided to try The Novel Tree because of this review on Google: "The bud tenders are so helpful and knowledgeable. They have deals going on ALL the time and have a reward system."
I was looking for budtenders that were better listeners than where I had been shopping. So I tried them out.
Well, last night I had a very bad night because I came home with cannabis that was wrong for me. Now I'm stuck with one partly used and one unopened cartridge of hybrid indica when I need straight indica.
I emailed the store and they told me that they would make it up to me. They would exchange the unopened cartridge and give me a good discount on one item in the store.
I went in for the exchange and to use the discount. They screwed the whole thing up. I ended up being there a whole hour, getting jerked around by budtenders who couldn't even use the cash registers. The item I tried to use the discount on wouldn't even ring up.
So I didn't want to but I emailed the marketing manager, Brock, again and told him about my second terrible experience. On the Novel Tree's website they say they provide "personalized service." Fail. They also say they provide "fully-customizable experiences." Also a fail. And "the best quality cannabis products in the world." Idk. I couldn't use the cannabis they sold me.
Brock's reply to this second email was disappointingly like, "Oh, sorry." And that's it. Suddenly it was like to the Novel Tree I was diseased or something. I wanted something more helpful from him on what I should do on my next trip to their store. So I emailed him a short email. He just ghosted me.
I don't know why I got the brush-off from Brock, I sent him a question by email May 15 with a follow-up email on May 19. He did not respond to either. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and email him one more time in a new email thread. He still did not respond. WTF?
