I'm very disappointed in the tabulator that was purchased on Saturday from my fiance who is a cancer patient and not used to taking care of his own things. I am his caregiver and we placed an order he came and picked it up thought it was going to be a vape pen cartridge okay well when he gets it home and we pull it out and we're trying to figure out how to use it we watched the video on it and then couldn't figure out what it was doing so when we put the lid back on most of the wax just poured into the lid which made it hard to get the lid off and I don't know what this thing was doing but we just bought it and it's completely gone! A gram of a vape cartridge I have one of those for two weeks on average this thing lasted one day so I am hopeful that we can make out some kind of arrangement or something because I feel like I got jipped out of something or pulled into something and nobody demonstrated or asked me if I knew how to use it since it's a new item and since covid we cannot come into the stores and contact with things like that to know how they work and to know how to use them and when you pick it up they just usually hand you the bag and then you're done keep going. I was not aware that you would ingest this by early or anything like that I thought it was a mirror cartridge! I know the difference now
