Went around 12:30 on a Monday. Parking was well organized. Waited outside in line for about ten minutes, but the folks behind me said they went frequently and this was an unusually long line. Once inside, there was no wait as I had reserved online and there is a separate area for that. My tender was quick and friendly.
I like the selection at NEA better than some of the options closer to Boston, and I am happy with the quality. It's also nice that they offer some of the concentrates in 1/2g increments - a good way to try new things without such a pricy commitment.
