After placing my order on for instore pickup they responded right away that my order was ready. However when I got there they were taking recreational customers before medical. I had to wait then once brought in the back I still had to wait. Let me remind you this is for a preplaced order. It ended up taking about 20 minutes. Ordering ahead did me of no use at this location.
