Both medical patients Been coming here for years never had one single problem always friendly and then yesterday me and my lady go and try to purchase a half oZ plus some venom wax and the bud tender completely messed up our order even charged us wrong. So we come back hoping to resolve this issue and come to find out she didn't even give us our full order. Was charged for a full OZ but only got a half and no wax at all either. So like all business they checked the cameras and somehow it shows that she put the full in there(so the assistant manager says). They told us they can't verify so they said we have to call back the next day and we called back several times and the manager keeps telling her employees that she's busy. Shows how much of a priority these kinds of situations are. No care at all. I'm just done man. My lady is just so distraught and annoyed by the situation , we Lost $140 dollars from this whole situation and didn't even get any of my medicine back as well. I got money I have no reason to steal MY MEDICINE. This was completely unprofessional. Never wrote a review like this in my life but this shit I refuse to let go. Never again tho. Never again.
Update: guy called back after calling for the manager multiple times, said he caught another angle that showed she didn't put the other half in. Got our money back but I'm leaving this up because the situation was still a big inconvenience.
