My time at Encanto is always well spent. Today I had Xavier as my budtender, and he’s the one that inspired me to write a review. I had a huge order today with tons of deals and discounts that was probably the most annoying thing for any employee. Having high anxiety it’s always a struggle going out places for shopping, and adding on an annoying order makes it so much worse. Xavier did an awesome job making sure I knew he was there to help me, not just standing there behind the counter annoyed, but patently working to try and get the best deal possible. Definitely a good addition to the awesome staff already hired. In the past, almost every budtender has been memorable from Shon to Michelle, always being helpful and making the best recommendations. Assistant manager Sami always knows how to take care of her customers and keep them coming back with her bubbly personality and desire to make sure everyone who comes in leaves happy.
