Bloom is simply wonderful. Their main focus is the patient, period. Every visit is a constant testament to that. Bloom is always texting, emailing or facebook-ing various promotions to ensure the patient is receiving the best quality and quantity of medicine. The quality of their products is unrivaled! More than just a high…it works….go figure! Each patient consultant I have interacted with is a wealth of information. No matter how many questions I ask, they meet me with smile and explain the science (wonderful magic) behind it all. Even if I ever had a bad experience (which is rarer than rare) they are more than accommodating. The atmosphere at Bloom is always that of a family. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. Never have I visited and not had a staff member smile at me and ask how my day is going.
