Terrace Cannabis is NOT a medical dispensary, and they do not allow you to get ANY deal they offer AND use your medical card.
You have to choose one or the other.
Which basically negates having the medical card you paid for.
NTI allows you to take advantage of their deals AND still use your medical card.
HUGE benefit for medical card patients to go to NTI for a waaaay better deal.
