If you suffer from PTSD or severe pain, do not go to this location! You feel trapped in the lobby, there seems to be no way out, except thru their dispensary. I was told the pu window would be back after Christmas and it wasn't. I sat in the lobby and waited in pain, as I am experiencing sciatica and muscle loss. When the budtender calls my name, I limp my way back to the register. I tell the budtender that I won't be back because of the wait and pain I'm in. I ask to speak with the manager and had to wait longer. When she approaches us and notices I'm not feeling happy, she starts to go into a long description of the window issue. I tell her that I don't have time and I just want to get my order and leave. (I have PTSD and I seriously needed to leave). Yet, she kept on her description of the issue and I became more upset and asked for my prepaid order. She laughed at me and started playing games by telling me that I had to specifically tell them they can process my order. I wouldn't be asking for my order if I didn't want it processed,right? She did this about 3 times and I yelled I wanted my mf order. Ya, I cussed, then the budtender behind me started yelling at me and the nice budtender started yelling at me, and another one was aporoaching. I asked them to stay out of our transaction, but they didn't. I felt a full on attack from these budtenders and manager. She finally allowed me to take my order and I limped out of there in severe physical and mental emotional pain. Ill people go to dispensaries, if you don't like ill people, find another job. They kept my tip too!
