had a few problems when they 1st opened, brought it to the attention of staff and they always made it 200% correct. staff are always helpful and more then not go out of their way to make sure I leave happy.....
this place has a great selection of all the different pods for every kind of pen, which is super awesome. the only thing is that this place is $5-$10 more expensive then anywhere else. but the selection is AMAZING, staff is knowledgeable & professional & the store is set-up nice & they help walk you through the entire process for newbies
