You have some staff members there that need to find somewhere else to work. Not sure how management works in an established of this nature, but I will no longer recommend this place to anyone. I saw 3 customers yesterday as I waited for my Express order get treated poorly and not because of anything they were doing, it was the staff not following through completely in their communication with the customer. It happens every time I'm in, and 90% of the time, its the same few individuals.

The set up is great but if the order is ready for pick up, why is the wait as long as it is? I'm curious of the steps in the process to just have a better understanding. The only thing is, with this pandemic, it's not necessary to get so close to the car window to communicate. Especially if the employee has a scanner that they can hold out at arms length. Then the customer can hand out whatever they may need. I know it can tough to hear some, especially if the customer is wearing a mask. But I think asking the customer to speak up or speak louder would be safer then leaning into the window to hear.
