I have been a customer for over 3 years. Needless to say I love this dispscery, white label, and all the farmers I do not know. I am also a medical user with only my disability to support myself, no complaint just facts. Last Friday I had an anxiety attack and melt down while I was at the store trying to figure out how my normal med's where costing so much more then normal. We are talking hundreds of dollars. Note that I left store and thought when I got home maybe my medical cost was not included or something so I went back to store obviously nervous and starting to cry. I believe it was Harold I am so bad with names because my anxiety has been triggered. Not by him by the situation I have myself in. He dropped everything and figured out it was that I had chosen 2 stains that were not on the Friday sale. This was not my intention. He involved a supervisor and again bad with names, but she had long pretty dyed hair, with her help allowed me to exchange what I bought in error and order from correct sale list. No one in the store made me feel out of place as I am crying my eyes out trying to figure out what happened. These two employees stayed calm which helped me when I was in obvious distress. I am grateful to have a place that is welcoming and helpful to their patients. Thank you both for not making me feel more embarrassed then I felt and for being so understanding. You have a customer for life and I will tell everyone I can of my experience with your company.
