Ordered delivery. It comes in a small pizza-like box taped and with your receipt on top. I highly recommend having the driver wait until you open the box. My receipt was correct but the item(s) in the box were not. After calling immediately, the manager appeared to be helpful at first, with offering a “huge discount” and gave instructions to the next day crew, which was not carried through. Long story short, I had to spend an extra $40 something in order to get the correct product I initially ordered. Oh. And that “huge discount” 5% !!!! No refunds, no credits even though it was their error. Be careful ordering from this place, you may not get what you order & you’re stuck with it. To bad, so sad. Adios Medsafe ✌🏻 NEVER AGAIN
