Such a complete disappointment this morning! I arrived at 8 am, which is the scheduled opening time. There were already three patients waiting outside the door. Security came and stated that no one could wait outside the door “because it’s illegal and they’re trying to do everything they can to shut us down.” A good way to avoid patients standing outside of the door is to open your business at the scheduled time. It’s now 8:20, there are multiple patients (at least 15) waiting in the parking lot for their medication. No explanations as to the delay or when they may open. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on and will encourage others to do so as well. It’s so sad that patients are being delayed their medications because the staff couldn’t make it on time.
