I am a regular customer and over all am happy with the service. but after my last visit I don't feel as strongly as I did. I purchased some shatter of which I do a lot, and after the quality was under par and was leaving behind a fait amount of residue, I mentioned it to one of the workers. he reaction was short and very of setting saying that oh it was just some carbon left behind and to not worry. doesn't sound like he fully knows his stuff. Won't be returning there for a while.
