Constantly out of stock of different items, despite being displayed in the case, as for sale. No menu to speak of, you just ask the poor bud tender for vaguely what you need, and they have to bring over a bunch of stuff you don’t want (until you finally find what you will settle for). Not fun... NEVER ANY DEALS anymore. **I have been customer here since before harvest took over. I remember now why I stopped spending my money here after the transition. (Almost as if they intentionally are trying to consolidate locations by diminishing the experience at AZNS, but have learned that people like competition so have kept it open). Hurts to watch

Cool shop. Lots of goodies. Not a fan of what I bought though. In fact it is exactly what I told the salesperson I didn’t want. But, it is what it is. Sucker in, set up and pushed around.

No bueno! 1st time I went they gave me the wrong stuff (that happened to 2 other people just while I was waiting). Both times I have gone for a BOGO deal on a specific brand of concentrates. What they fail to mention EACH TIME, is that they only have 2/3 strains of the deal items (always the lowest possible quality level). When he told me I had a $15 credit, I thought I better use this now. Because I’m never going back.

I have to give it to Monarch for killing it with the customer service today! I too am in the service industry, and understand mistakes happen. BUT, it's not about the mistake (sh@# happens), it's about the rectification. Too often today is some one focused on the problem, when really the most important task is the solution. Today, "Monarch" (the young lady working this Saturday morning at the front desk & my tender in the back) came through with the solution!! I shall return, happily, for the PRODUCT & SERVICE! PS. I only gave it a 4 star for product because my "issue" had to do with a minor product issue.

I am Soooo glad they opened up in Scottsdale. The quality of concentrates (KIND) is unparalleled. The GSC live resin was amazing. Still new, which is why they only got 4 star on atmosphere and service. They had so much awesome stuff, it just wasn't all set up yet. BUT, I CANT wait to go back for more. I'm sold!!!

I love everything about this place. The quality of product is fantastic. Service was on point. Express window is super easy and helpful.
