A few weeks ago I purchased a disposable COLORS Blueberry Vape. After 3 puffs it stopped working. Do to illness, I was unable to get back to Herbiculture right away to exchange it. I contacted Nate over the phone and he asked if I tried to charge it. I explained that I don’t have a charger (didn’t think I needed one for a disposable) and Nate said these things happen, come in and use his charger to see if it works. He said we will take care of you and get it all worked out. Nate asked if I could come in that day and explained that I moved 45 miles away now, but I would come in the next day. That night I borrowed a friends charger and the light comes on but then it blinks and then the light goes out and the vape still will not work.
I make the trip to Burtonsville and was greeted by a wonderful front desk employee and then brought to the back. I explain the situation to the bartender and she attempted to plug in the Vape and she noticed the light came on but then the light blinked and then it turned off.
Another bud tender came over to assist and at that point she informed me that there was nothing they could do unless I had saved the original box it came in. I had the plastic tube it came in but not the box. She explained that they needed the barcode on the box in order to take it back. She said the only option I had was to keep the Vape and buy a new one but she would give me 30% off discount.
I purchased the 1 g blueberry Vape for $65 and it doesn’t work. I don’t have the original wrapping that came in so I am out and I am out of $65, plus the gas to go 90 miles, to end up getting nothing in return. So disappointed and will unfortunately never go back.
