if i could rate no stars i would, i use to be a regular here but ever since brent started taking over the quality, quantity, and customer service is really really poor. Toni likes to hang up on people 3times after being on hold for 2hours at a time. Then when i placed a order for crumble and spent $80 in cab fare on top of the money being spent already on my order to get home and find my supposed crumble that i paid for is a bunch of liquid in a puck. the best part is the manager brent doesn't want to fix the problem or correct the sale on some really bad concentrate they sold me. it was so liquidy i could pour it out of the puck. so now im out my money for the cab up there, out the money on the nasty liquid crumble they sold me and they dont want to do anything about it. brent also told me to take video and pictures and post it everywhere, thats what he would do and that is a direct quote from the manager brent. if you like shitty weed and liquid cruble you can pour straight from the puck come here but if you like good weed good customer service and amazing wax definitely go to bloom peoria, sol flower, ponderosa, Curaleaf,white mountain, and if you dont mind driving a little further YOU MUST CHECK OUT OASIS GLENDALE ON 67TH & BELL they have amazing quality customer service and amazing instore deals. all greens has nothing but ignorant unqualified lazy workers who treat the customers with attitude disrespect and lie about the quality of a product just to make a sell, go anywhere except allgreens as the workers are just as shitty as the products they sell if not worse. i use to love this place back when john ran it behind uhaul in surprise such a shame to see brent run it into the ground.
