I have been a loyal customer since 2016. I am a medical/disabled customer. Placed in store and delivered orders. Never bad experience until yesterday. Call center personnel could not or would not determine what happened with my order. It was on the way but yet declined. The reason for declining was never told to me. Eventually had, after placing two subsequent orders (also declined). I placed a third order and drove 40 miles round trip for pick up. I am terribly disappointed with Tropicana Dispensary. BTW was promised the manager would call…still waiting.
