Curaleaf - Queen Creek (Formerly Reef)

I go to Curaleaf because they have good deals on my favorite brand of vape(Select). I have been going to Curaleaf for a couple of years ( dispensary off Elliot)and never really tried the flower. I just purchased what they call Gold tier flower - from the Queen Creek store.
It was super dry, has large stems and leafs still not clipped from the buds!!!
Manager explained to me this is what to expect from their Gold tier flower.
Not what I expected!!
He explained that the Platinum Tier is better, after what I just purchased not sure I give it a try.
Super disappointed!!!!!
