If you order an online express order, it doesn’t mean you actually get it express, it just means they hold the item for you, you still have to wait in line and the lines can be long.

This is one of my favorites BUT be careful they’re not forthcoming about their rewards program. So unlike EVERY other dispensary, where you just accumulate points when you spend money there, you have to enroll on their website to receive those points. So I’ve essentially been spending hundreds of dollars and today when I asked about how their point system works they told me I was assed out because I was not made aware of their shady rewards program. They’re prices are the highest in town.

This is a garbage strain! Don’t waste your money! I’m not happy. It legit does absolutely nothing. What a waste!

I waited for over an hour for an online pick up order.

The product is great. Super convenient and they have great deals. They’re very responsive and quick to communicate. The drivers have been super friendly both times I’ve ordered. Over all I’m pleased. The only thing is it takes a while so be patient and make sure to order before you run out not after. Totally worth the wait.

Very upset about my interaction there this morning. I went right when they opened and I was assisted by a girl who could obviously care less about me as a patient and instead she was there to make her wage and go home. I researched ahead of time and had to know my deals myself because when I asked her about deals and such she was clueless, in fact!, I was planning on purchasing a 500mg cart of Pineapple Express and when she rang it up it was fourty-something and I was shocked because a local competitor had the same Timeless cart for 2 for $50. Well, I mentioned that and she was like “oh, yeah we have the same deal”. I was so frustrated with her already because she was totally clueless of her products and did not have a sales-bone in her body. I was just annoyed by her energy, she had the hole “I hate mornings”, and probably everything else at this stage in life, vibe about her. I have to admit I was annoyed on my first visit too because I got the same uninterested vibe then from another tender so I guess that’s standard quality satisfaction there and I won’t be back. I left and went to White Mountain, talk about night and day difference. I was being lazy and didn’t want to make the drive but sometimes quality, pricing, and bedside manner is worth the miles. I ended up walking out and telling her she didn’t deserve my business.🤬👎

I stumbled upon this place early Sunday morning at 7am. I thought great I love going early, beat the rush. I’m glad I did, this place is really amazing and they have great deals. And they had Sativa which I have a hard time finding on the Westside. Also, you get to chose a free glass piece on your first visit and their really good quality pieces too. I’m happy with making this my go to spot from now on.
