This has been my go to dispensary since I started smoking. It's close to my house and the staff is really cool. I went to do a curbside pick up and the person who brought my products out was a very rude. I was paying some of my total in cents because I didn't want to break any bigger bills and its cash only. I gave him my money got my weed and went home. I realized they gave me the wrong thing, so I called and they told me to go back and just ask them to switch it. No big deal. When I went the same person greeted me with "you didn't give me enough money, you were short 45 cents" I was like oh okay let me get that, I'm sorry. He didn't apologize for the mix up of products, didn't care that I had to turn around to replace the product, nothing and was extremely short and crass about it. When he came back I tried to give him the money and he told me he couldn't take it because the transaction was closed... what was the point of bringing it up then? Why make me feel bad about something that I could not change? Not to mention, I consistently overpay because I tend to not have change and they keep the change, however I understand that's the policy. The inconvenience alone of having to turn around alone and go back to switch my product was worth 45 cents. Don't know if this person was having a bad day but he kind of ruined mine and I think I will be changing dispensaries because it was a super unpleasant interaction.
