Nope. I'm done. I've been here about 5 times and Every. Single. Time. My order has been messed up. Usually little things like the wrong flavor preroll or a missing item; at one point they tried to give (and of course charge) me an ounce of something I was getting an 1/8th of. But tonight takes the cake. Tonight was the worst and last experience I'll have at Treasure Valley Cannabis. I came for the 420 deals; they had some great cart and good flower deals going on. However waiting to pick up my online order for over 2 hours and being told an hour and a half in to the wait that I might not even get my order because it was getting so late and close to close is pretty unacceptable. Those of us in the online order pick up line watched thier walk in line cycle 5 times from full to empty when we've moved 2 spaces is ridiculous. No compensation was given, they didn't open up an extra register (or turn one of the walk in registers from walk ins to online only) for the online orders, nothing. Got a few exasperated 'sorry its busier than we thought/leafly has us swamped/etc etc' but they didn't seem to care to talk to all the waiting customers. One woman whom she and I went to the walk in line after we decided we had enough waiting in the online order line was spoken to about 4 times by someone who seemed to be a manager or supervisor or something but I wasn't ever even acknowledged. My boyfriend whom I left in the online order line was never spoken to or apologized to. The only positive things about this visit AT ALL were the very overrun but very kind woman at the front door scanning IDs (I didn't get her name), Jen with the pink/magenta hair, and Tanner. All 3 of them were pleasant, enthusiastic, and although you could tell they were tired all of them stayed super positive and great to talk to. I know 420 is big and busy and I'm usually a very patient and forgiving person but this was ridiculous; horribly set up, poorly handled, and frankly such a miserable experience that had I not been there waiting for so long that literally it was too late to go anywhere else I would have left without my order. I will never visit here again- black Friday and Christmas here were handled better than this was and that's pathetic - ya'll managed 2 big holidays just fine but screwed this up so badly I'm not even sure how.
