After taking a few moments since going to this location earlier today, I feel that feedback needs to be left for the leadership team based on todays experience.
On 4/3/18, I went to purchase a cartridge as my wife and I as I do regularly and made a mistake with my selection that i did not realize until later in the evening.
I decided to call this morning to see what options were available since I needed a specific cartridge. After explaining to the receptionist my error (which I clearly took accountability for) I asked if it would be allowed for me to bring the unopened and unused item back to exchange for one that I had originally needed to purchase.
She said that would be "ok" and i said awesome. Once I got to the store and was getting ready to exchange (As that was the expectation set on my call with the receptionist) I was then advised that exchanges can only be completed for defective cartridges.
This was very dissappointing because had that been communicated or explained to me on the phone, I would not have taken time out of my day to go back to complete the exchange for the situation I was in.
Up until today, all store interactions have been outstanding which makes it difficult for me to write this review/feedback.
Due to being mislead, I'm at a loss for words and have shared with my wife that we need to consider taking our business to a store where set/communicates customer expectations will be honored as that is a key component to ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
