I have had positive experiences at this dispensary in the past and was willing to pay extra to support their business. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. I had researched a specific brand on Weedmaps and visited the dispensary, only to find out they did not have that brand in stock. The budtender seemed dismissive when I asked about other available products and became impatient with my questions. As a medical patient, it is essential for me to have access to the medication I need.
I requested to speak with a manager regarding the situation, as I felt it was unfair to advertise a product on their website that was not available in-store. The manager, Jordan, attempted to upsell me on a higher-priced product, and when I declined, he tried to push a lower-quality product on me instead. In the end, I left the dispensary spending the same amount for a half gram cart that I would have paid for a full gram elsewhere.
I value supporting local businesses, but I cannot continue to patronize a dispensary that mistreats loyal customers. Unfortunately, I will need to explore other options for obtaining my medication, despite having been a regular customer at this location.
