I recently moved from Chandler to Phoenix in March and was worried I may have a hard time finding a dispensary that could consistently meet my needs and one which there wasn’t going to be a huge line of recreational and medical users where’d I’d find myself waiting in a long line of people, outside, for an hour just to get checked in or to pick up a online order. Thankfully my boyfriend mentioned this dispensary, Sunnyside, to me. He told me, you don’t have to wait around very long, actually he has always gotten right in and out! I had a hard time believing that may still be the case, since recreational sales have opened up but to my surprise he was correct! There is never a line if ever much of a wait, you’re literally in and out, just like that! I also couldn’t be more hyped that they actually have a pre-order line and most times, check you out in the lobby area! The thing that makes this place most, most, most AMAZING is the customer service!!!! I am not sure what it is about society today but we sure have gotten away from customer service. Maybe it’s people have a hard time separating their personal life’s from their work and social situations 🤷🏻‍♀️whatever it is, so many businesses lack it and so, so many people don’t even understand how it works but this place, they’ll always put a smile on my face! Two women in particular, always go above and beyond! Halle and Alma 🤍! These two women are the shit!!! I am nobody special, yet they treat me as if I am their best customer! I think I’d only been in twice and the 3rd time, Halle, already knew me by name! Seriously! It isn’t like I went in there back to back days nor the time I chose to go was she necessarily working, but she obviously takes pride in her job, has an awesome, positive attitude, is able to separate her personal life from her work and totally understands the true meaning of customer service! I primarily smoke concrete products at the current time but sometimes venture into edibles or possibly a cartridge so I am able to comment on those categories, somewhat. Concretes: Always seem to have Arize in stock, which is a plus. Arize is potent and the consistency is spot on. Always seems to have an indica in that, which is my usual first go to and usually always a hybrid for your in between or daytime use. I have also purchased Glorious concentrates from here in a budder form, another really good brand I prefer to, others that are out there. Also have scored Cressco live resin from here, not my personal go to but it is available in the live resin. I personally am good with Arize but like knowing I have other options. I have gotten a couple of cartridges, Cooperstate was one and Arize, they also offer Venom and Cressco cartridges. Just recently started dabbling in the edibles for micro dosing purposes, so don’t have much to really comment on expect for, I didn’t unfortunately, see really anything chocolate like and I seem to personally respond better to THC when it’s in chocolate or caramel chews. They may have that stuff though, I do not often go past the lobby because I have always, expect once, done an online pickup order. Therefore I have just been going off what they have on their online menu, which I am assuming is pretty updated but, ya never know! I’ve purchased the Uncle.., something (I wanna say) mixed berries. They were basically gummy’s but they totally looked like real raspberries and blackberries! It was a trip, that company got pretty creative with those! I did notice they carried strain specific Baked Bros gummies as well as Wella and a couple of other brands I don’t recall at this time, that were strain specific. They do have a points system too! I am not 100% sure of the specifics but it seems to be pretty legit because I am usually, almost, every time they check, have at least $15 off my purchase and many times it’s been $30 off. They do not seem to offer a whole lot of other discounts or daily type offers but they did have some 420 sales offers and recently for medical, on either a Sunday or Monday were giving 20% off each item purchased!!! Hell yeah! Plus you were able to use points on top of that discount! Hyped! That is usually how I leave this dispensary! HYPED!!! Not just because I scored some killer chronic for my aches and pains but because it is guaranteed that if Halle or Alma are working, they’re lovelyness’s always are so kind and sweet I leave with a smile and the thought to want to leave a good review! I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve gone here and this place has flat out made my day because of their kindness and the $ I end up saving in points each time! If you want quality and consistency top off with killer customer service, this is your spot right here!!! Never a long wait, if any either, seriously, you’re in and you’re out, with a smile on your face! 😁 Thanks for ruling and knowing how to treat your customers! You guys and gals all rock! 💛🌵

I LOVE this dispensary! Not only is the entire staff friendly but they’re very knowledgeable about the medical purposes of marijuana. I had a crazy spinal column shortening surgery last year and if it weren’t for these guys and there top notch medication I don’t know what I would have done since with all the opiate laws these says surgeons and doctors can’t keep you comfortable, but this place helped find me a regimen that worked pretty well for me! Thanks guys! They’re always looking out for their patients as well. My father is older in his early 70’s and they always help him out and take amazing care of him when he goes in by himself now! Best dispensary in the East Valley. Top 5 in Arizona!
