I have hesitated to leave a mediocre review. I thought sometimes it takes a bit to get things organized under new management. First off, the staff have always been and still are very kind and personable and have treated me as a equal. I have had some unpleasant parking situations to say the least. I sat there for 45 mins waiting for them to open and another 15 mins only for them to come out and say that they could not print out receipts for some reason and they were going to have to close down temporarily. The flower is getting better in quality but is a lot more expensive than surrounding dispensaries. The supply and variety of refill syringes has been very limited the last three months. I've left 2-3 times not able to get what I really wanted to get due to being out of stock. I guess the topper that inspired this review is I've been out of town for the last two weeks and they had been saying they will be done with temporary hrs soon. I figured I would call before I drove to the dispensary and make sure they were open. I called a few minutes before 10:00 A.M. And got their message that says they opened @10:00 a.m. So I drive there and go to the door and they are closed? They still have the temporary hrs taped to the door that says open @ 12:00. It seems it's been 3 months since the temporary hrs have been implemented and you haven't changed your message on the answering machine with the new hrs? Otherwise the staff is friendly and I will probably go back only because it's the only one in Prescott. I'm hoping they really change their temporary hrs and figure out the parking situation!
