Green Pharms Dispensary Mesa (Med/Rec)

I am super upset with the quality of the customer service and experience at Green Pharms Mesa! I have been a med patient for going on 5 years. I moved 2 hours away and was told the last time I drove down for my allotment that I should order ahead on leafly to make sure it is still in stock when I get there. Today I go on the website for the first time in quite a while and see that they have exactly what I always get, Clementine flower, and that it is 50% off. I decide to order my entire allotment and I called to see if it could be delivered and still get the sale price and they tell me that the 50% off is ONLY on concentrates. As you all can see it clearly states that I am ordering flower. Then I am told it’s a typo and they won’t honor it. I am completely done with this place! Last time I came down here they gave me my allotment in shatter that was old and had already turned to sugar. I of course didn’t open it until I was 2 hrs away as I ride with it in the trunk unopened per AZ law. I spent hundreds of dollars on it! A supervisor did make it right to keep my business. So I decide to try it again and this is now their new normal standards of customer service! Even if they put it IN WRITING ON THE WEBSITE THEY TELL YOU TO ORDER FROM THEY WILL REFUSE TO HONOR IT AND THEN SAY IT IS YOUR FAULT FOR DRIVING 2 HOURS TO GET THERE AND BE TOLD “OOPS! SORRY ‘BOUT YA!” N-O-P-E Green Pharms!! You will no longer be a place I will recommend or spend my money with! If you CHOOSE to NOT HONOR YOUR OWN SALES ADS THEN I WILL MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS, FAMILY, and FELLOW MED PATIENTS KNOW THE TYPE OF BUSINESS YOU HAVE BECOME! I USED TO SWEAR BY YOU AND CHOOSE YOU OVER THE OTHER PLACES AND THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN LOYAL???!!! NO THANKS! YOU WILL NOT GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM US!
