Everything you expect a busy day you cancel online ordering? That is backwards, we are busy. So let's make it harder for those that have to travel here. We are busy so let's make it less likely they can get what we want too. Busy means online orders. Or you are screwing the customers that do the most to get here. How in the hell you can't see that, or just don't care?
Would be nice if I could get some mac 10 top shelf. Drove 30 miles to get they say not on menu. Its here. But they said no. So another thirty miles, with nothing. Is it really that hard to double check your entries, or if customer has legitimate complaint, give them an answer, not you must be stupid, or read it wrong, even called back to read menu to them. Because always a new hoop, condition, criteria to jump thru, before we can make a purchase. Phone orders, no phone orders, online order, or only purchase in store, what come on? I would like to thank you for calling about my sunglasses. Yesterday a customer saw my text and phone number, called me and said she picked up my glasses in waiting room by mistake. Saw at home they were different than hers, called and dropped them off at my house, after seeing review. Astonished and grateful, Mr Redwood.
Staff is egotistical and somewhat pushy. Customers are always right! Guess not! Would recommend patience with customers who are sick an stressed you are here to serve
