Discontinued their promotions and neglected to update the online ordering platforms which advertise these promotions, which are currently the only method of buying from them, for two days. Their pricing is 100% their choice and that’s fine, but if they need to suspend their promotions then they need to be organized and professional about it. I get that things happen but man, if they can post on Instagram that they’ve suspended promotions then why can’t they update their actual storefront? I wasn’t going to stand there and debate the point so I paid what they wanted but that definitely left me feeling disappointed. As kindly as I can say this, please get your storefront fixed or don’t refuse to honor a promotion you advertise.
