Drove from Gilbert to Via Ventura because they had the only pain strain that keeps the shrapnel in my ankles from making me cry. Very nice offices. The people were friendly, Mario asked me if I was familiar with MMJ. I knew what I wanted so we chatted. Their product room is very nice, fits 3 or 4 people at once. Very professional place, nice folks and good medicine. Thanks Monarch.
Ya know what...been there twice. Some of the nicest people around, very friendly. Here's the deal, they're young...not over 30 years old. I am among the growing group of MMJ patients who are, over 55, Marine Corps not-on-active-duty, and disabled according to the VA, PTSD. They were quite polite, smiling and very customer service oriented. I like these people and I REALLY like their suggested donations and their QUALITY, and I realize that maybe this is a young person's industry...I am HOPING that someone will consult with MANY of the sellers and tell them that different people require different approaches. I recently went to one dispensary (not going to name it) and after checking in a young lady at the register called my name...I was still looking. I mean...DUH?! How about, "Mr M are you ready to order? Please take your time. May I serve the next person? Mr A". Captains: your donation prices are great, BUT, senior discount and military discount are important if you want to capture the "OLDER" demographic OR the ex-miltary demographic neither have trust accounts with big bucks. I have yet to walk into a Dispensary or P2P Club and have someone say, "Tell me about yourself and what you'd like." One place launched into a 'blank-stare' recitation of "This one has 19%, this one has 18%" and on and on...really dude? How about me? Anyway, good medicine, nice people and great donations. Just wish all the people in the new MMJ Industry took some Customer Service Courses that emphasized treating different people with different needs...Differently!
Just came back from Tempe Wellness Club. Very friendly people, more importantly; the fellow I spoke to is a "Grower." I asked a lot of questions and he really explained things to me. A friendly place with VERY smart people who take the time to explain. Thanks!
