. I came in yesterday and purchased Farmer's friend platinum cartridges. when I went to pick them up, I was told there were no more than three available. After that I went to the car and had my old lady come in and make her purchase. She went up to Matt and first off asked if there were any more of the farmer's friend platinum cartridges. He took the time to look on the computer and found there were 98 that hadn't been moved over. Matt took a lot of time to answer her questions, to explain to her what exactly she needed to look for on the ingredients to get the taste and the high that she wanted. Matt spent at least 30 minutes with her, explaining the caryophyllene and how the higher the percentage is the more salt and pepper taste. he also explained to her the CBC and CBN percentages and what those meant. He further explained that you have to rotate different ones or you eventually won't get the high you once had. He suggested wintergreen FF and said that would be a great place to start. Because I was told when I picked up my online order that there were only three available, I was able to go back in and purchase the other 2.. I want you to know and it's important for Jeremy to also know everyone in your shop is above and beyond and does a great job but Matt especially, his commitment and dedication to make the customer happy, the customer get exactly what they are after, and explain everything that goes into the cartridges to get exactly what you want. Matt is the type of employee that sets treasure valley cannabis above all the rest and makes customers want to return. I will not visit any other of the shops in Ontario because of your employees, especially the experience with Matt yesterday! and by the way because he's such an exceptional employee, he needs a raise!
