We were super excited to find Nevada's only black-owned dispensary and were sorely disappointed. Upon arrival, we were immediately told we had to order online and couldn't enter the store... maybe bc it was later at night, but I wish they would have told us that when we called to ask if they were open. After sitting in the parking lot and ordering online, we got in line only to hear a customer having a heated conversation with the girl helping her about why she was being lied to about who management was and why she was being upcharged for a product she didn't even order. While we waited we observed multiple employees come and go very unprofessionally, by banging on the glass door and not really communicating who they were, making the atmosphere feel very awkward and unsettling. Others turned away customers saying there was a shift change and they couldn't help them. Once it was my turn they told me a product I ordered was sold out and I asked them to choose ANYTHING of the same price, made it VERY EASY for them by not being picky. After I paid and was handed my bag, I realized they never replaced my product with another, just removed it from my order and didn't tell me- sending me off with less than I intended to purchase. Just overall a very unprofessional, sketchy and unpleasant visit. We will not be back or recommend to anyone.
