I love the phx location.. I hate the call center they use for pre-orders now. they don't know the products as well as staff here. I have been waiting over an hour for the conformation text. finally called back and was told its ready.. but still NO TEXT!! I love the product & staff at phx location, but call center stinks. it's been over an hour & NOW THAT I AM HERE I AM WAIFING AHAI !! WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF GOING TO A DIFFERENT DISPO AT YHIS POINT!!! IF THIS CONTINUES I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AS I DRIVE FRO. TEMPE TO COME HERE. AND WOULD NOT RECOMEND CALLING IN ORDERS EVER OR REFER AS I DESERVE BETTER SERVICE.
