AMAZING SHOP! The manager Jared is simply put the man. He knows every thing there is to know about marijuana and genuinely is just a very good person, I am a very good judge of character (I like to think). As far my experience in the store it was 11/10 the waiting room is bright, modern, and inviting and I walked strait through it where Jared asked casually for my ID. Thats a big thing for me, I am 28 but look young, and get carded often, but I am also an a law student looking to take the bar soon, so an establishment that takes laws regarding age and marijuana seriously, because it needs to be taken seriously, but does so without jumping down people's throats asking for their ID first thing. That is the case at most shops, and if doing that, and having weird places where you have to stand and where to pay etc. it creates an anxious and uneasy atmosphere in my opinion... that is the vibe at every other weed shop in Ontario, OR. The BudHouse stands out as the shop that has done the exact opposite of the status quo: everything from the lighting to the way the products are displayed is perfect. The staff is relaxed, helpful, and genuinely interested in educating their customers and providing them with the best possible experience. So in that regard, I commend the entire staff of The BudShop (from Jared on down) and wish to especially shout out - CHRISTINA - she is one of the most amazing people on earth. Go in and hope she's working. She will fix all your problems and either turn your day around (I wasn't in a great mood, I have to drive over an hour, it was hot, I was impatient and hungry), or if you're having an already pretty good day, she'll make it that much better. Also protip: everything white label (I think) is 50% off Fridays only, so I only ever buy weed on Fridays. It makes a normally $46 cartridge (all I smoke) and makes it very affordable. Anyways, can't recommend this place highly enough, I will look forward to seeing them a few times a month the foreseeable very longterm future.
