"No matter how bad my day, I always leave this place with a smile on my face. Not simply because of what they are dispensing, (no complaints there though 😝) but because of the way in which they choose to engage with their patients. Every one of the team members that I encountered has tried to answer my numerous questions NOT in a way that felt purely transactional, but instead by expressing genuine concern and interest while trying to make sure I’m getting exactly what I need. I have to give a special shout out to Emma, who always goes above & beyond what anyone could expect from dispensary patient care. She not only makes sure to listen to what I need, she does it with grace and laughter!! "
