I disliked how the employers, the security guard, Mr. King and the agent in charge, EdGar Corbezz, could not assist me on how to get my money back for a product that was empty, which in fact I just purchased from the establishment, Maribis of Chicago. It was very unfortunate I went home on July 26th without my money nor the cannabis I purchased. They claim to have no refunds or exchange on recreational orders. Recreational orders are considered final once purchasing. The problem with this policy is that this does not fall under the current situation because my order was incomplete. I ordered two mojito hybrid carts. One of the 0.3g cart was half filled and the other one was “COMPLETELY EMPTY”. This is unacceptable and very frustrating that the employers refuse to take responsibility for products they purchased from PharmaCann LLC. I called PharmaCann due to them cultivating the product and still I received the same story about how there is nothing they can do. However, they suggested Maribis to contact them to rectify the issue. At this point it’s a waiting game and I’m a very displeased customer that will inform everyone else about the bad business this place enforces. In this situation, the business could have at least took down my information, called me back to help me through the process. I have pictures and receipts showing the time stamp on everything. I will continue to inform the public about this terrible business. Especially since the employer, Mr. King turned his ID over so I couldn’t see his government name and the agent in charge also laughed in my face not having empathy for my dissatisfaction.
