As a Parallel/Surterra employee, I can attest that while the atmosphere and service in the stores are great, the products themselves have a number issues. Our tangerine and mixed berry chews don't stand a chance compared to MUV's chews, and often times you will find hairs in them which is disgusting. There are policies set up in the Wimauma facility regarding the maintenance of hair and hairnets, but often times you'll find them in these chews. Likewise, be aware that the milk and dark chocolate bars will often be unevenly spread, resulting in uneven doses, and they may contain metallic shavings. Our lozenges are very good but again, they may not be properly filled in the molds resulting in a hollow lozenge. You're much better off at MUV or even Trulieve and this a testament from a kitchen worker at the plant. Shop somewhere else for better quality products. Not from a company who has already shut down stores in Pennsylvania due to poor management and quality control.
