Well Greenlight Hayti it has been fun but it’s time to part ways…. TLDR version: This place will overcharge you and then make you wait until it is convenient for them to fix the problem AND don’t expect any customer service either!!! My husband and I have been customers here since May 2023. We have had issues here and there but nothing super major but honestly I thought they had improved a lot over the recent months. Then a couple of weeks ago we had an issue at the drive thru with the total not matching up and ended up being told we owed 3 different amounts. At that point we just went in and took care of it in there. We spoke to the manager that day in the parking lot as we were leaving and told him what happened. He said if y’all come back next week I’ll put a little $ on your account for the issue. We thought that was generous but we have been back 3 times and he was there everytime and never did what he said he was going to do. He can’t use the excuse that he forgot us because he told us that he had seen us there a lot. But hey no big deal, we don’t ask for things like that and don’t expect them so we let that go. Then today we placed an online order during their 40% off sale. Order went through at 8:01 am but when we got there to pick up the order several items were “sold out”. Ok that’s not surprising because it happens quite often and you won’t know what you didn’t get until you get there. So we had to wait in line to pick up our order then find out we didn’t get the main things we wanted so we had to replace those items with something else. The bud tender seemed to be having a bad day and was a little flustered. At this point I don’t know what my total is anymore so when she tells me the amount I hand it over and we leave. My husband is driving so I’m looking at the receipt and I noticed I was charged twice for a product that I bought. We had to find a place to turn around so while we are doing that I call the dispensary to let them know what happened and that we are looking for a spot to turn around so we can come back. The man on the phone was very respectful and said sorry and come back we will take care of it. After we get back there we go in and I tell the lady who I am and she uses the walkie to ask for one of the managers to come to the front because we are now back. A few minutes goes by and no one comes out so we sit down. At this point I am getting irritated because we are on a time schedule. Sat there longer watching people go in and come out. The guard knows we are irritated and she uses the walkie again to request a manager….. and still nothing. Then the door opens and I see him but then he turns around and walks back inside the dispensary area and didn’t even acknowledge us. By now my patience is gone. If I had taken extra product from them it would be a crime but they can double charge someone and everyone should remain calm. Well, I would have remained calm if we had been greeted by a manager when we arrived back and if that manager would have explained the process to us. This hasn’t happened to us before so neither one of us knew what was going on. Finally after we have been sitting there without any interaction except for him coming out to “get the bag” because that’s all he said we are getting more upset. Now we don’t have anything we already paid for and we don’t have any idea what is going on. He finally opens the door and says we need to calm down, which we weren’t not calm but we weren’t happy go lucky either, and that they have to watch the video. Ok, I have zero problem with that because I know I was OVERCHARGED but why has this taken so long? It wasn’t extremely busy. Believe me I’ve seen the place with a line out the door and it moved faster than management did to get us our money back. Funny thing is I was going to get something else instead of a refund but after being treated like that nah. The manager brings my bag back out to me unsealed and crumpled looking, hands me the refund and never issues an apology for the mistake or the time they made us wait. My husband and I both told the manager we would not be back and we meant it. I’ve spent lots and lots of money there and I refuse to keep spending my money somewhere that will disrespect me the first chance they get. It’s a shame too Greenlight because we really liked you and y’all have some great employees too. It’s not like you will get what you ordered on line though anyway so less disappointment too 🤷🏻‍♀️ Hopefully it will get new management and then we will think of returning but for now there are other dispensaries to go to ✌️
