So first I would like to say that the issue is not customer service related so much. Customer service isn't as good as it could be but that's not the employees fault.. they are always really friendly and they try to be helpful but since the green room doesnt utilize instore and online DAILY menus that include all of the details and specs of their products people like myself cannot pick things ahead of time and therefore I have questions more than I normally would. I probably won't come back here though.. I can easily walking away from the store feeling like im on some kind of assembly line and I need to just get my stuff and go. I hope you guys utilize menus in the future so customers don't have to feel like they are being annoying when they have questions about the hundreds of dollars worth if nonrefundable product they are buying.
