Only 6 and a half months old, I'm happy to go through the minor growing pains and improvements to come while I continuously support the growth of this operation. I've seen the best of people and the worst of people (in my own perception, based on presentation) walk in, and the Territory family serves everyone just the same. To those of you who strut with a high chin and blissful pretentiousness, please be courteous and realize these are people too. When patients come in pushing the limits of acceptable behavior, rigid restrictions and policies are put in place to avoid confrontation. Be happy, greatful, and smoke some tree! Step it up team

One of the smaller locations we've visited... greated by a friendly receptionist, with a simple FTP form was nice. Entering the room of medication, we found ourselves to be slightly dissapointed with only 2 terminals. The medical staff is friendly, seemingly resting in a lack of knowledge of cannabis medical practice. With a sense of urgency after making our purchases we felt the want to leave; it seemed almost as if we were an inconvenience AS PATIENTS. The flower scaling was slightly off, with the packaging notating a gram at 1.00 scaled personally to be 00.98 of accurate weight. The edible selection is nicer than many dispensaries, whereas the flower lacking potency & availability. The Good medication is close, not at this location unless you are looking for edibles! We would like to see more CBD and ANY R.S.O. product would benefit this location greatly. Also, holding rosin on shelf regularly will set this dispensary apart from many. Our full advice to this dispensary is to increase availability and medical cannabis use education within the staff. Not a bad stop, not great either. Thank you for the medication, and opportunity to test things out with the underscaled FTP deal. We would like to see improvement in quality (knowledge & product), and less law enforcement in the parking lot would be greatly appreciated. Nova has great potential.

I wish that the bud tenders knew what they were doing, and the management as well.. I'm a patient looking to better myself, and I can feel when all the dispensary cares about is the next sale... the deals are OK, but it seems the discounted meds are discounted for more than. the reason of helping patients. Poor quality flower, edible selection is nice. I would return if I saw the flower improve, but I still haven't smoked what I got last time. 420 deals are a joke!

Skunky - pungent - potent! F***ing Incredible has made a name for itself! With Tahoe OG genetics, this strain is likely to set you back in your seat just wondering why it's taken so long to find this level of medical cannabis. The batch I've tried tested around 27% THC!

HWC is great, with truly medicinal cannabis. Recently I realized I can no longer smoke, I would appreciate focus on edibles / any other non-smokeables like RSO would be amazing. Trim run RSO if effective & affordable if ran properly, we need THC:CBD as well as pure CBD RSO. Thank you for caring about your patients. HWC is my #2 stop in the state!
