The person at the front desk appeared to have an attitude, and she failed to communicate properly. In addition, I believe she failed to enter me as a new patient during the check-in process. As a result, I had to remind the budtender to apply the 10% off discount for new patients. My first visit left a lot to be desired. I will not return to this dispensary.

I received 5-star service from Jake during my most recent visit to this dispensary. Jake was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He answered my questions and provided helpful information about the products that I purchased and the dispensary’s rewards program. In addition, I also received outstanding service from Melissa. She is professional and kind. Lastly, I want to note that Roderick provided excellent service when he helped me with a “minor” issue. I highly recommend this dispensary because it has quality products and the staff provides great service.
