Great place in general...people are awesome! Only if they could keep the inventory updated online. They'll show things on the menu that are not in stock. Also, will fill orders online and then you get there to find out they're out of what was confirmed.

I do not find the online ordering to be reliable at all. Once again, placed an order that was confirmed and ready but they did not have the product when I arrived. Apologies only...they would not even let me pick another product because I was in the online area. I wish I could get back the time and gas to have gone somewhere else. Apparently I'm not the only one to experience issues according to others in line as well.

I have been a loyal customer for approx. 4 years. Today I placed an order the same way as always. All was good, got the confirmation that my order was ready for pickup up. When I arrived it was extremely busy so I asked the young lady working the lines outside and inside if I can be assured that my confirmed online order was still intact. She replied, " oh of course , we keep all online orders until 10 pm pm the day of your order," Not the case...please explain.

For instance, only one strain for the last week and today I checked a half hour after opening and there are NONE. SOL is my go to place for flower and just wish I could get the LR carts too for a weekly one stop shopping. I mentioned in the past once in person and another time just like this....please update me again.
