It is a little goopy for a shatter however it is CO2 and to see a CO2 shatter is pretty rare. It is on the dark side but if you hold it up to the light it looks more amber.
You can get these at the Green Room in Corvallis if you are a medical patient. These things are amazingly strong and I only consumed half of one. I usually don't go for edibles because I tend to not feel very much of an effect but this one knocked me on my ass.
